REFUND POLICY

No refunds on training sessions will be issued for any reason,
including but not limited to illness, relocation, or unused sessions.
Unused Training sessions are void after (30) days. For T-shirts
and other physical merchandise received, if you are not satisfied
with your Grit products, you may request a refund. For returns
and exchanges on merchandise, requests must be made within 2
weeks of receiving your order.

What information do we collect?


We collect information from you when you register on our site,
place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, download a free
resource, or fill out a form.

encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 We take precautions and

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under
18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with
Personal Data without parental consent, please contact us
through our Support Team. If we become aware that a child under
18 has provided us with Personal Data without parental consent,
we will take steps to remove the information and terminate the
child’s account. Any minors under the age of 18 are required to
provide parental consent prior to offering services. The Grit does
not knowingly store or send marketing material to minors without
appropriate parental consent on file.

subject. Data that is required to be stored may not be deleted if

Requests under GDPR. International Transfer are done so with by
ensuring that appropriate security standards are in place and
appropriate consent to conduct the international transfer has been
